Institutional Values
The value scheme of FONAFIFO, has been organized into three groups, namely values: pragmatic, ethical and development.
In the performance of ordinary work, we show the ability to recognize, accept and value their own work and that of other people. This is reflected in our daily lives when we fulfill our Duty in the time requested and with quality. Our daily work implies consideration and empathy.
It is the willingness to make the best effort ever. The daily effort leads us to perform a high quality collective work, which, reflects our responsibility towards society and loyalty towards institution. The professionalism in our actions is a sign of a vocation of service above individual needs.
We add public value when we maintain good practices of transparency, accountability, adherence to regulations and a high sense of social justice. Each of our actions is motivated from the beginning of efficient and effective resource management that are entrusted to us for the welfare of society in general.
From the real needs of society, we use our human, technical and material capacity to launch products and services with high quality standards, timely and satisfying the expectations that the target population of our work has.
