What are our goals?

  • Our main objective is to promote taking into consideration the concerns, criticisms and suggestions of the users, the continuous improvement and the quality of the services that FONAFIFO offers.
  • Promote participation mechanisms through which FONAFIFO users can exercise their right to request or consult regarding the quality, opportunity and form of attention in which the institution offers its services.
  • Provide information to guide and optimize the contact of users with the institution, ensuring a prompt and adequate response to the concerns that arise.

Who can use our services?

The Comptroller of Services can access any individual or collective, provided that it considers that it is being affected by the quality of a service or by the performance of an official in the exercise of his functions. Download the regulations

What requirements must I meet to present a management?

To process a management whether it is consultation, disagreement, complaint, complaint or suggestion, the following requirements must be met at least:

  • Identification of the managing person, providing the full name, identity card number.
  • Indicate exact address of the place of residence, email or fax to receive notifications.
  • Detail of the situation that generated the disagreement, complaint, query and / or suggestion.
  • Any element of proof or reference that facilitates and sustains the preliminary investigation.
